Vifigye.com provides dog walking services. Our professional dog walkers will exercise your dog according to your specifications within our operational parameters. Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. User Obligations

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet
• Ensure your dog is properly vaccinated and does not pose a threat to our walkers
• Provide access to your dog as agreed upon in the service booking
• Inform us of any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral issues of your dog
• Pay all applicable fees promptly
• Maintain proper identification and current contact information on your dog
• Provide necessary equipment (leash, harness, waste bags, etc.)

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee:

• Availability for last-minute bookings
• Service during extreme weather conditions that may pose risks to dogs or walkers
• Handling of aggressive dogs or those with severe behavioral issues
• Administration of complex medical treatments
• Walking of dogs without proper identification or vaccination records
• Service in areas outside our designated operational zones

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings must be made through our website or app. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Repeated late cancellations may result in service restrictions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and other electronic payment methods specified on our website. Prices are subject to change, but you will always be informed of the total cost before confirming your booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Vifigye.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Vifigye.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit permission.

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vifigye.com shall not be liable for:

• Injuries to your dog not directly caused by our negligence
• Pre-existing health conditions or injuries aggravated during normal walking activities
• Property damage caused by your dog during our service
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vifigye.com, its employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your dog's actions during our service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of our registered office.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any user for violation of these terms, aggressive dog behavior, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Users may terminate their account at any time, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
